Contact us to arrange an exchange or refund and remember that we need to hear about damaged packages/goods within 24 hours of receipt. Other policies to remember:

• Goods need to be returned unopened within 28 days in original packaging with a copy of the delivery note.
• There are no exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products and postage and packing costs will not be refunded.
• Submission of incorrect information resulting in non-delivery will incur a re-delivery charge.
